1.1 These Terms apply to all users of Expanse services. 1.2 By accessing or using Expanse services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our SLA, Privacy Policy, and AUP. 1.3 Continued use of Expanse services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Expanse services.
You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into binding agreements, purchase paid services, or manage billing. Users aged 13–17 may use services with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. Expanse may request evidence of consent but does not routinely verify it.
3.1 Expanse provides the following services. 3.2 Expanse may modify, improve, or discontinue services at its sole discretion. 3.3 Service uptime commitments are defined exclusively in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
4.1 You agree to: (a) provide accurate registration and billing details; (b) maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials; (c) ensure all activity under your account complies with the AUP and these Terms; and (d) use the services only for lawful purposes. 4.2 You are fully responsible for all actions performed through your account or using your services.
Services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination after a seven (7) day grace period. Subscriptions auto‑renew unless cancelled in the client area prior to renewal.
Minecraft Hosting & Web Hosting: Full refund within forty‑eight (48) hours of initial purchase (no questions asked). Between forty‑eight (48) hours and seven (7) days, refunds may be issued as store credit only, prorated, and at Expanse’s sole discretion. VPS & Dedicated/Bare Metal: No refunds under any circumstances. General refund conditions: no refunds for abuse‑related suspensions, AUP/Terms violations, prepaid or bulk billing cycles, add‑ons, domains, or software licenses, or for cancellations after seven (7) days.
Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate account termination, irreversible data loss, and possible permanent ban. Expanse reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent disputes.
You are responsible for all data stored on your service, maintaining backups, securing your applications, and preventing unauthorized access.
Expanse does not guarantee data retention and is not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, software corruption, OS reinstalls, node crashes, human error, suspension or termination, or force majeure events.
Any backups provided by Expanse are best‑effort only and are not guaranteed to be error‑free, complete, or current.
Data may be permanently deleted at any time following suspension or termination and cannot be recovered.
7.1 Use of Expanse services must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). 7.2 The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination:
Expanse may throttle or limit CPU/Network usage to protect infrastructure. Customers are responsible for all actions originating from their services.
Expanse may suspend or null-route without notice for: malware or botnets; DDoS origination; verified abuse complaints; illegal content; brute force or scanning attempts; crypto mining; TOR relays; or actions threatening our infrastructure or other customers.
For issues such as spam or SMTP abuse, the customer will be notified and must respond within twenty‑four (24) hours, failing which suspension may occur.
Expanse may null-route IP addresses if an attack materially impacts other customers or upstream networks.
Expanse complies with applicable copyright laws, including DMCA‑equivalent procedures.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to our website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cosmorack LTD, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions.

1.1 Expanse Host agrees to provide game hosting and web hosting services to the Customer as described on our website or in a signed agreement. 1.2 The Customer agrees to use the services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We may suspend or terminate your account for inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Refund Policy, and any additional agreements such as Domain Registration terms where applicable.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase paid Services. Guardian‑supervised accounts are allowed where applicable.
You must provide accurate contact information. Providing false information may result in termination.
Expanse may require identification and payment method verification (e.g., ID and credit card verification) for certain purchases.
We assist with migrations as a courtesy within thirty (30) days of signup. Outside this window, a fee may apply. No guarantees are made regarding transfer completeness or success. You remain responsible for maintaining backups.
You are responsible for all content uploaded, displayed, or transmitted via your account. Expanse may take corrective action, including removal or suspension, for violations without refund.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR where applicable. You are the Data Controller for any personal data you store using our Services.
Support covers general server and network issues. VPS services are self‑managed unless critical issues arise. Support is provided via email, live chat, or tickets, and does not include game‑specific configurations unless expressly stated.
A forty‑eight (48) hour money‑back guarantee is available only for gameservers (excluding VPS and dedicated servers).
We target 99.9% uptime. Detailed availability commitments and remedies are defined exclusively in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The SLA applies to network, panel, and DDoS protection incidents subject to its stated conditions and exclusions. Clients may be eligible for service credits in accordance with the SLA. Where applicable and unless superseded by the SLA, credits may be requested by submitting a ticket within seven (7) days of the incident. The total amount of service credits for any month shall not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the monthly fee for the affected services.
Affiliate payouts are processed within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days via the selected payment method.
When opening a support ticket, you authorize Expanse to make necessary changes to resolve the issue unless you explicitly state otherwise.
Purchases of certain digital content must be completed via Tebex Limited. You must agree to their applicable terms ("Tebex Terms").
Subscriptions auto‑renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Customers are responsible for managing cancellations in the client area to avoid further charges.
Except as required by law, services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
