Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("TOS") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Customer" or "You") and Expanse Host ("Company," "We," or "Us"), governing your use of the game hosting and web hosting services provided by Expanse Host. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these TOS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Englad and Wales , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1.1. Expanse Host agrees to provide game hosting and web hosting services to the Customer as described on our website or in the signed agreement.

1.2. The Customer agrees to use the services in compliance with these TOS and applicable laws and regulations.

2.1. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.

2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for inaccurate or incomplete information.

Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and additional agreements like Domain Registration if applicable.

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. Guardian supervised accounts allowed where applicable.

You must provide accurate contact information. Providing false contact information may result in termination.

Expanse may require ID and credit card verification for certain purchases.

We assist with migrations as a courtesy within 30 days of signup. Outside this window, a fee applies.

No guarantees are made regarding transfer completeness or success. You are responsible for backups.

All Expanse-provided content (text, images, templates, etc.) is our property or licensed.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Servers suspended for unpaid dues must clear payments before backup access.

You are responsible for all content uploaded, displayed, or transmitted via your account.

Expanse may take corrective action, including removal or suspension, for violations without refund.

You agree to comply with all laws, including GDPR where applicable. You are the Data Controller for any personal data you store using our Services.

Game hosting performance may vary based on shared resources.

You must avoid using malicious files/plugins.

Chunk generation or heavy load tasks must be pre-approved with Expanse support to limit CPU usage.

Support covers general server/network issues. VPS services are self-managed unless critical issues arise.

Support is provided via email, live chat, or tickets but does not cover game-specific configurations unless stated.

A 48-hour money-back guarantee is available only for gameservers (excluding VPS and dedicated servers).

Chargebacks without notice will result in service suspension.

Refunds after 48 hours are only in-store credit if requested within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellations must be submitted through the billing area properly.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime. SLA applies for extended downtimes.

Applies to network, panel, and DDoS protection failures lasting over 30 minutes.

Planned maintenance, user errors, and force majeure events are excluded.

Clients can claim 1 extra day for every 12 hours of downtime by submitting an SLA ticket within 7 days.

Affiliate payouts are processed within 10-15 business days via the chosen payment method.

When opening a support ticket, you authorize us to make changes unless you explicitly ask not to.
